Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Operation: Operate a Class A tractor-trailer combination in strict compliance with all federal, state, and local traffic laws, as well as company safety regulations.
• Tire Delivery: Deliver tires to customers and distribution centers throughout the Midwest region, following pre-established routes and schedules.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance or repair needs to ensure the tractor-trailer's reliability.
• Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and mileage logs.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with dispatch, customers, and colleagues, providing updates on delivery status and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, address customer inquiries or concerns professionally, and represent the company positively.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Class A tractor-trailer driving experience
• Strong knowledge of and adherence to all federal and state transportation regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and handle tires as required
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,850.00 - $2,000.00 per week
