Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
* 15 years of experience in pre-construction, estimating, or related field.
* Thorough knowledge of conceptual, design-build, and structure estimating methods.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain precision on complex work.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients, architects, owners, subcontractors, and municipalities.
