The Business Development Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting business development and marketing efforts. This entry-level position focuses on building a pipeline of leads, organizing business development data and reporting, assisting in the execution of the client care program, and supporting marketing activities. The role also contributes to the overall efficiency of the Business Development team by maintaining CRM data, tracking key performance metrics, and coordinating events.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct lead generation research to identify potential clients and opportunities within the real estate development industry, utilizing tools like LinkedIn and industry publications.
- Vet email leads generated by the Marketing department to determine their potential for business development follow-up.
- Assist in the execution of the client care program by tracking client interactions, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring proper documentation of engagement activities.
- Maintain and update CRM system with accurate and organized data, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Assist with tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, including sales targets, lead generation, conversion rates, BD meetings, proposal production, and sales.
- Assist in coordinating events such as networking functions, trade shows, and client meetings, including logistical planning and follow-up.
- Support the VP of Business Development and Director of Marketing with administrative and organizational tasks, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
- Performs other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional, and courteous manner.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Required skills needed but not limited to the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Business background with a reasonable understanding of real estate development preferred.
- Ability to forge high performing working relationships with other team members.
- Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work.
- High energy and self-motivated with a sense of urgency to complete assigned tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, consistently meeting or beating deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel.
- Valid drivers’ license.
