Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painters helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto painting and restoration, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work, 5 years hands on experience. This role involves preparing surfaces. The Painters helper will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed.
- Perform buffing and polishing to enhance the final appearance of painted surfaces.
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs or restorations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in auto painting or a related field is preferred, 5 years experience.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and restoration processes is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills related to welding, buffing, and other automotive services.
