Hardec's Wholesale, a leading supplier in the wholesale industry, is seeking a motivated and dynamic New Business Development Representative to join our team. This position will focus on driving growth by identifying , pursuing and securing new business opportunities within the Central Kentucky regions that are West of I-75 and Southern Indiana up to Indianapolis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify New Opportunities - Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify potential business oppor tunities.Lead
- Generation - Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads through networking, cold calling, attending trade shows and other methods.Clien
- t Acquisition - Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with prospective clients to drive new sales.Sales
- Presentations - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to specific needs of potential clients.Negot
- iation and Closing - Skillfully negotiate terms of agreements and close sales to meet or exceed targets.Colla
- boration - Work closely with internal teams, including sales and customer service and accounting to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction of new clients.Marke
- t Intelligence - Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activity and emerging market trends to adjust strategies as needed.Repor

- Education - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Experience - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales or a similar role in the wholesale industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics
