Inventory Manager

Job Summary:

Jaguar McLaren Aston Martin Palm Beach is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Inventory Lot Manager to oversee vehicle inventory and lot operations at our luxury automotive dealership. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the lot is well-maintained, vehicles are properly displayed, and inventory is accurately tracked. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, dealership operations, and a strong commitment to excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are properly displayed and accessible.
• Oversee the movement, placement, and tracking of inventory, including new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and proper documentation.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to coordinate vehicle preparation and readiness.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled, and presentable for customer viewings and test drives.
• Monitor and maintain key control and security measures for the lot.
• Coordinate with transport companies for vehicle deliveries and shipments.
• Assist in photography and digital listings for online inventory.
• Support the sales team with vehicle location and information as needed.
• Maintain a professional and organized lot environment that aligns with the luxury brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in dealership lot management, inventory control, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems and inventory tracking software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
