BDC Representative
Land Rover Palm Beach has an exciting opportunity to join a family-owned dealer & friendly sales team.
West Palm Beach based; we are seeking an experienced Automotive BDC Representative for an exciting opportunity to join our team! Earn salary plus commission with an earning potential of up to $60k 401(k) with match, health-benefits and more. Opportunity for advancement. Closed on Sundays with every other Saturday off!
This full-time sales position will be facilitating inbound customer requests for an exceedingly desired brand with an excellent reputation. We're looking for a person with a strong interest in pursuing a career in sales and collaborating within a small team environment.
Qualifications
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed established sales.
- Successful past automotive sales experience, especially in lead handling and phone ups.
- Good knowledge of, and experience with, internet, devices, and mobile apps.
- Proficient in multiple programs (Excel, MS, CRM tool)
- Follow established sales techniques and processes.
- Promptly respond to phone, online chat and internet sales inquiries while obtaining customer information. (within 1 hour)
- Attend all necessary/ required training whether online or in person.
- Maintain professional demeanor and exhibit positive communication & multi-tasking skills (verbal and written).
- Strong Computer skills a must.
- Acceptable attendance is mandatory.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the BDC Manager or General Manager.

- Ability to work well independently.
- A resilient, and highly motivated attitude.
- Objection handling skills.
- Ability to pass driver license / motor vehicle history check.
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Verifiable experience with a track record of successful and credible achievements
Physical & Work Demands:
- May require regular sitting, standing, squatting, or kneeling.
- Able to successfully operate/use phone for communicating.
