CDJR Brooksville is looking for an experienced or entry-level Express Lube Technician!
If you have a basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and a desire to learn more, then this position is right for you.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS (COMPETENCIES):
· Willingness to learn the role of a Lube Technician and all things vehicle repair.
· Able to successfully work with teams of mechanics and automotive repair technicians to successfully collaborate on vehicle repair and maintenance tasks.
· Capable of interacting with customers to provide them with information on tire repair and replacement options.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):
· Replace air filters, wipers, bulbs, etc.
· High level of attention to detail with a customer service focus required.
· Rotate tires to ensure that they are wearing evenly and are properly balanced.
· Perform further diagnostic tests for reliability.
· Perform all functions in compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards.
· Must be able to work all scheduled hours including weekends, evenings and (if necessary) special events.
· Possess and maintain a valid clean U.S. driver’s license.
· Favorable results of both Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Screen.
· At least 18 years of age.
· Must be able to perform all essential functions and meet physical demands within the work environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
· May be required to complete certifications and courses focused on tire repair and maintenance.
· Assist in receiving and stocking inventory.
