Jaguar Palm Beach is looking for an Automotive Parts Wholesale Manager to join our family! Essential Job Functions:
•Contact and follow-up with new and existing customers periodically to discuss their needs and explain how using OEM products can meet their needs.
•Help clients select products to meet customers’ needs, guide them with product specifications, and how to obtain all parts needed per vehicle estimate.
•Emphasize product features that will meet clients’ needs, and describe warranties, defects, returns, and exchange policies
•Follow-up with customers’ questions about the prices, and estimated availability of products.
•Negotiate pricing and term of sales depending on variables such as job size, rapport, sales history, based on manufacturer allowance.
•Prepare and submit orders to process and verify/update customer information within our database.
•Communicate well with colleagues, clients, and delivery personnel to ensure timely and accurate orders.
•Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as information on selling strategies and estimated order completion.
•Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns they might have.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
•Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
•Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
•Good interpersonal communication skills.
•Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
•Familiarity with automotive parts is desired but not required.
•Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and/or MVR check, as applicable for the role.
•High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
