Thie Field Service Quotation Specialist is responsible for quoting aftermarket Field Service offers for ELESCO and Myers EPS. Offers include maintenance, maintenance plans, battery replacements, startup and commissioning when not sold with the product, spare parts, field upgrades and replacement inverters. This role responds to requests for quotation by customers but doesn’t exclude proactive selling using installed base and service record data to identify opportunities.

Job Duties

  • Promptly responds to requests for quotation from end customers, Sales Reps and other channels as required. Follows up on all quotations to
  • Uses Salesforce.com to record and manage stages of all opportunities from Prospecting to Won or Lost.
  • Coordinates sales efforts with established product sales channels so not to create undesired channel conflicts. Collaborates with Operations Manager and Field Service Sales Managers when conflicts arise.
  • Works closely with Service Centers to leverage relationships they have with end customers to align selling strategies and optimize opportunities.
  • Supports KPIs for opportunities, quotations, orders, and attachment rates for aftermarket offers.
  • Uses Salesforce.com to trigger maintenance contract renewal notifications, adheres to a follow up process and reports on renewal rates.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical or aftermarket service sales
  • Proficient use of Salesforce.com for CRM activities
  • Strategic, creative thinking, good at execution, ability to work independently
  • Passionate, hardworking, ambitious, strongly self-motivated
  • Education & Experience

  • B.A. in Business, Communications, Marketing or B.S. in Engineering is preferred
  • Previous sales experience with knowledge of Salesforce CRM is preferred
  • Experience working in the electrical or lighting industry
