The Emergency Power System Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department assisting in recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, benefit administration, associate questions, and event planning. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Recruitment And Onboarding
- Assist with job postings on various platforms and the company website.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and the hiring manager.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including processing the new hire in ADP, conducting new employee orientations and processing new hire benefits.
- Manage candidate onboarding experience through ongoing communication with hiring manager and candidate.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation for hew hires, promotions, salary increases, and terminations.
- Partner with ADP technical support on ADP process set-ups, configuration updates, and workflows.
- Maintain employee/HR files in accordance with laws and regulations
- Administer employee verifications, worker's compensation, auto insurance claims, and motor vehicle checks.
- Facilitate benefit enrollments, including new hires, qualified life events and terminations ensuring timely and accurate processing of benefit changes.
- Administer leave benefits.
- Compliance and reporting.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to governmental agencies as required.
- Process the agency temporary employee timecards and HR invoice process.
- Provide training and development support for HR initiatives and procedures.
- Coordinate company events and celebrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role. Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HR practices and basic employment laws is a plus.
