At Myers House Buyers, you will:

• Prospect: Call 40-60 people per day (some cold, some warm)
• Direct to sellers
• FSBOs and For Rent by owners, go on appointments with sellers, negotiate and make offers.
• Find, underwrite, and buy homes at tax lien sales and foreclosure sales
• Run a systemized sales appointment where you will work to discover a prospective seller’s reasons for selling and work to create a win-win solution.
• Utilize scripts to have natural conversations
• Underwrite (evaluate) property to make cash offers on
• Make 10 offers per week, achieve 2 signed contracts per week
• Utilize our CRMs to take notes and update activities.
• Active Campaign

Miscellaneous Details:

• Hours: M-F, 8:30-5:30
• No nights, weekends or call
• PTO of 2 Weeks per Year
• 9 Paid Federal Holidays
• Compensation will be salaried plus commission.
