Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding to maintain healthy turf.
- Execute landscape maintenance duties such as pruning, trimming, and weeding to enhance the aesthetic appeal of gardens and outdoor spaces.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Irrigate lawns and gardens according to seasonal needs and weather conditions.
- Build and install landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and decorative elements.
- Supervise junior staff or interns during landscaping projects to ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
