Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that all necessary information and tools required for each job are in place before work begins.
- Pull and review work instructions prior to starting a job.
- Maintains equipment required for vac machines.
- Stages product properly after molding and move to required staging location.
- Complete all assigned projects by the due date.
- Review production priorities.
- Must meet or exceed all training requirements including those related to quality standards and attend scheduled shift meetings or other meetings required.
- Meets or exceeds production targets.
- Produces molded products using various methods designated for the job. These methods include, but not limited to:
- Use of oven controls.
- Machine setup.
- Use of hand and power tools.
- Inspects product for conformance to quality standards.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to read and write proficiently in English.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Ability to operate and maintain industrial equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read tape measure and calipers.
- Ability to trouble shoot.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing preferred

This job is in a typical manufacturing environment, to include, but not limited to:
- Ovens and rotating tools
- Forklifts and other moving machinery
- Loud work environment
- Must be able to remain stationary with intermediate walking throughout the shift. Frequently lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds alone and parts more than 50 pounds with assistance and must be able to transport these up to 20 feet.
- Frequently positions self to maneuver around the parts, materials, and molds. Must be able to operate the hand and tools and write legible.
