Duties and Responsibilities
- Must meet or exceed all training requirements including those related to ISO standards and attends scheduled shift meetings or other required meetings.
- Blend material & pigment according to instruction on work order.
- Unload powder truck when asked by immediate supervisor.
- Mix all new test colors or material according to work order instructions.
- Weigh, wrap & label all material from machines and count floor returns, and return to designated storage area.
- Ensures that all necessary information and tools required for each job are in place before work begins.
- Monitor and maintain the correct powder needed at each machine station.
- Ensure the plant is clean, remove scrap, trash, etc.
- Provides open communication with Supervisors and others needed to ensure all requirements are met.
- Applies correct labels to material.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.

- Ability to read and write proficiently in English
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to operate and maintain industrial equipment
- 1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing preferred
Able to work in hot humid environment for extended periods of time.
This job is in a typical manufacturing environment, to include, but not limited to:
- Ovens, torches, and rotating tools
- Forklifts and other moving machinery
- Loud work environment
- Must be able to remain stationary with intermediate walking throughout the shift. Frequently lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds alone and parts more than 50 pounds with assistance and must be able to transport these up to 20 feet.
- Frequently positions self to maneuver around the parts, materials, and molds. Must be able to operate the hand and tools and write legible.
