Requirements
In this role, you'll be working alongside multiple team members to complete tasks such as originating and executing decorative cakes, specialty event requests, banquet production, large events and catering, and baguettes, assorted breads, and rolls. In addition to this, you’ll have the freedom to experiment with recipe development, function, and production. To ensure your skills are well-rounded, you will be included with monthly inventory and product tracking, as well as year-round learning by means of virtual, in-house, and external offerings.
It is recommended that you be able to lift at least fifty pounds without undue strain, work on your feet for extended periods of time, and have or be willing to take food safety training.
