Myers Park Nursing Center is hiring
Needed: full-time, experienced Facility Maintenance Director with experience in healthcare setting, ideally long-term care.
- Must have a Minimum of three (3) years of facility maintenance experience in a healthcare setting working in a Long Term Care Facility or Skilled Nursing Home
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
- Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
