We are seeking a skilled Site Management Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting engineers and superintendents with work plans, monitoring and reporting project schedule and cost progress, reviewing and approving project invoices and subcontractor payables, and maintaining thorough documentation of project changes and claims.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of contract documents, excellent problem-solving and motivational skills, and experience working with subcontracts, subcontractors, and self-perform work.
