Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Duties
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Miscellaneous tasks as they arise.
- Assist mechanics as needed.
- Minor equipment maintenance – under the mechanics supervision.
- Working under the supervision of the shop foreman
- Operate a skid steer, fork lift, etc. to receive shipments, etc.
- Cleaning and maintaining a clean shop.
- Washing and clean school buses and school vans.
- Check fuel tank levels and keep fuel tank area safe.
- Willing to get CDL to help when school runs when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in labor.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team setting.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $20.50 - $22.00 per hour
