Stadium Grill is looking for a hardworking and friendly Busser to join our front-of-house team. The Busser will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, assisting servers, and providing excellent customer service. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented position that plays a key role in maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and set tables for guests, ensuring a neat and welcoming environment.
- Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables in a timely manner.
- Assist servers with refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing additional guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down chairs, and cleaning high-touch surfaces.
- Restock and organize service stations with necessary supplies.
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist in resetting and organizing the dining area after guests leave.
- Ensure the dining area is presentable and ready for incoming guests.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and disposal of food waste.
- Provide excellent customer service by helping guests with any requests and addressing concerns promptly.
- Assist with any additional duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
