Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant and provide an excellent first impression.
- Manage the seating chart and coordinate table assignments to ensure efficient service.
- Monitor wait times and communicate effectively with guests and staff.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide general information about the restaurant.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front entrance and host stand.
- Assist in handling guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests professionally.
- Work closely with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Uphold Stadium Grill’s standards of hospitality and service at all times.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Ability to stand for long periods and move around the restaurant as needed.
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant hosting is a plus but not required.
