About the role
The Enterprise Strategy Manager will support strategic and portfolio development and accelerate growth across MyEyeDr’s 850 offices. This role will work with the broader MyEyeDr. leadership team on a wide range of core strategic growth initiatives. These initiatives include, but are not limited to enterprise strategy development, testing and piloting new programs, strategic partnerships, and improved digital enablement for our patients and associates.
This role reports to the Executive Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of our Vienna, VA office.

You Will
- Based on direction from the CEO, work with senior leadership to identify and advance prioritized key initiatives that have substantial impact on the business
- Create business cases and plans to evaluate initiative feasibility and independently manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Ensure tight collaboration with all teams, influence to meet delivery milestones and enable results, while building positive relationships
- Provide post-implementation tracking and performance analysis of scaled initiatives, leading to recommendations about future decisions and initiatives
- Oversee materials creation and executive team preparation process for quarterly Board of Directors meetings
- Develop monthly competitive intelligence update for executive team
- Identify and pitch potential emerging technology partnerships and/or investments that align with MyEyeDr’s investment parameters and growth objectives
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field
- 5 years’ experience at a top-tier management consulting firm and/or corporate strategy experience
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities
- Adaptability to change and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation creation
- Strong bias-to-action, self-motivation, and passion about your work
- Proven business acumen based on a broad understanding of all aspects of business e.g., finance, marketing, sales, etc.
