We are seeking a Licensed Dispensing Optician to join our team at MyEyeDr. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping patients find the perfect eyewear solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and assisting their needs
- Analyze and assess patient vision problems and needs
- Converse with patients to guide and assist them in the eyewear and frame/lens selection process
- Maximize sales by utilizing the company's best, better, good sales concept
- Maximize insurance plans for patients and provide comprehensive explanations of their benefits
- Understand the company's cost of goods and retail fee schedules
- Focus on all company Key Patient Indicators
- Educate patients on the adaptation of new Rx's and care of lenses
- Use pupillometer, PD ruler and other technical aids for proper fit and measurements
- Promise accurate delivery & turnaround times meeting patients' needs
- Conduct daily
