The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent who’s ready to jump into a fast-paced environment and help us deliver outstanding service. You'll handle both inbound and outbound phone calls, manage emails, and work within our CRM system to support sales and customer success initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, and being part of a tight-knit, high-energy team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to follow up on inquiries and campaign activity
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Respond to and manage customer service emails in a timely and organized fashion
- Enter and update client records in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience
- Assist with scheduling and follow-ups related to promotional campaigns and software activations
- Provide basic product and service information to clients and prospects
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone and confident in a customer-facing role
- Friendly, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (training provided)
- Ability to thrive in a small business environment with a "whatever-it-takes" team mentality
- Interest in sports or media/tech is a plus!
