The Launch Excellence & Strategic Operations Lead, will be a high-visibility role supporting the Alzheimer’s franchise team to ensure effective communication and coordination among executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, driving successful delivery on business objectives and launch excellence for Alzheimer’s Franchise.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Execution (Chief of Staff) of the Alzheimer’s Franchise, this individual will be responsible for driving strategic cross-functional projects for the Alzheimer’s Franchise, acting as an expert consultant to help advise and manage these projects to ensure strategic coordination in their execution. Working closely with Franchise leadership, the successful candidate will synthesize data insights and work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop executive-level presentations to communicate launch progress internally (e.g., executive business reviews) and externally (e.g., investor relations events).
Qualified candidates will be high performing, high potential, and purpose-driven individuals with demonstrated ability to manage complex workstreams in a dynamic cross-functional environment.

Required Skills
The base salary range for this position is $161,000 – $222,000.Base salary offered isdetermined though an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factorsincluding, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location,
and internal equity.
Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term

What You’ll Do
- Drive strategic cross-functional projects for the Alzheimer’s Franchise, and act as an expert consultant to ensure consistency and coordination internally and across the alliance
- Establish and maintain leadership and operational governance for prioritized initiatives, ensuring success metrics are defined and achieved
- Synthesize cross-functional data, insights, and status for executive level updates on progress of key initiatives, and/or investor relations support
- Coordinate Alzheimer’s Disease Leadership Team (ADLT) activities including management and facilitation of meeting agendas across various leadership forums
- Liaise with Biogen North America (BNA) Strategy & Operations leadership and Launch Excellence peers from other franchises to ensure above-franchise coordination for key initiatives and investments.
- Serve as a “strategic adviser” to the Chief of Staff and Head of Franchise on key initiatives and business planning
- You are a high performing individual with strong strategic thinking abilities that thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment. You have a demonstrated ability to manage complex workstreams and multiple priorities simultaneously within a cross-functional team environment.
Required Skills
- 6 years of experience consulting and/or leading large/complex programs and initiatives within biopharma companies
- Excellent interpersonal skills/ highly collaborative
- Highly experienced with writing executive-level memos and business reviews
- Effective problem-solving skills; agile worker who quickly diagnoses issues and acts accordingly
- Ability to cultivate strong internal/external network
- Strong operational skills; project/ timeline management capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Preferred: Biotech/Pharma launch management experience and alliance experience
- Demonstrated ability to forge relationships, work in a hands-on collaborative fashion, and influence across functional lines both internally and externally
- Ability to roll up sleeves and take on challenges; whatever-it-takes mindset
- Resilient, self-directed, highly motivated, and passionate individual, with track record of consistent delivery on commitments
- Strong project management skills. Comfortable managing multiple and varied projects at one time, and prioritizing accordingly based on urgent issues
- Works with a sense of urgency, efficiency, and attention to detail
