In this role you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining business processes and system tools for order management for the Motion System Drives division in New Berlin. In collaboration with business stakeholders, you will translate business needs into system solutions. The work model for the role is: - Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion System Drives Division in New Berlin, WI. You will be mainly accountable to:
- Provide technical expertise and work closely with internal customers to identify and implement solutions with a focus on order management and sales operations.
- Work with databases across multiple platforms to design and develop dashboards and other reports.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency, leveraging tools and software (Salesforce, SAP SD module, CBOL, ...) to streamline workflows.
- Document business process workflows and maintain work instructions Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, talented, and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Highly proficient technical skills. Experience with ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce preferred), Power BI or Tableau.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
