We have an incredible opportunity for a Clinical Trial Enrollment Coordinator (CTEC) to join the team at ICON’s Salt Lake City Clinical Research Unit. The CTEC supports the recruitment and enrollment of qualified volunteers for clinical drug trials through the review and analysis of relevant data and protocol requirements. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week; Monday-Friday) but has a non-fixed schedule which may require working early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends.
Location: Salt Lake City, UT USA (onsite)

What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective clinical trial enrollment strategies
- Coordinating and overseeing the enrollment process, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements
- Analyzing enrollment data and identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency
- Communicating effectively with study sites and investigators to facilitate smooth enrollment procedures
- Contributing to the development of enrollment-related documents and reports
- 1 years of clinical research experience with the ability to read and interpret a Clinical Study Protocol
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team
- Detail-oriented mindset with organization skills
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- ClinSpark experience (preferred)
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
- High School Diploma
