We're seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to drive growth by bringing high-quality automotive inventory to the eBay platform. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and onboarding new partners. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the automotive industry, and the ability to engage decision-makers. You'll work both remotely and in the field, with 25-40% travel to connect directly with dealerships, fleet operators, and other key automotive businesses.

What You Will Accomplish
- Build a balanced pipeline of prospects to consistently meet and exceed target revenue
- Prospect and qualify leads, communicating the eBay value proposition and getting contractual commitments
- Ability to travel 25-40% of the time
- Form relationships across dealership organizations via in person visits, telephone, webinar, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of the eBay value proposition relevant to the eBay Motors business vertical.
- Document all communication with sellers in an accurate and timely manner in established CRM systems - ensuring highlights are communicated and understood by internal partners.
- Set appropriate dealer expectations around the integration process and account management support, ensuring a smooth transition of new sellers to the account management team.
- 4 years of full cycle business to business sales experience.
- Automotive industry experience a plus.
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Ability to clearly communicate in verbal and written English.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong bias for action
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
