An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Emerging Talent Delivery and Quality Lead for North America who wants to drive forward on our award-winning emerging talent team at Rolls-Royce. This role is a critical delivery role within our new emerging talent structure ensuring successful operational delivery of our North America Graduate, Co-op, Intern and future emerging talent programs.
In the role you will partner with business stakeholders, emerging talent champions and external suppliers/partners to ensure that the emerging talent programs are aligned with the enterprise program design. In this role, you will work with suppliers to ensure that they are meeting our expectations in delivering high quality programs operating within the parameters as described within the service level agreement expectations. Key Accountabilities
- Manage aspects of delivery and on program management of existing Emerging Talent programs
- Schedule and deliver learning and development sessions of all Emerging Talent Programs with collaborative regional and global teams
- Support Off boarding of Emerging Talent population
- Performance management of emerging talent, internal & external suppliers
- Manage all aspects of Quality Assurance, Feedback cycles, and data
- Support ongoing emerging talent strategies to include development of apprenticeships, DOD skillbridge program, Career Switch program, and
- Associate degree and 4 years of experience in emerging talent program management / early career talent acquisition within a corporate HR organization, OR
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in emerging talent program management / early career talent acquisition within a corporate HR organization, OR
- Master's degree, OR
- JD/PhD, OR
- In lieu of degree, qualified candidates will bring 6 years of experience in emerging talent program management / early career talent acquisition within a corporate HR organization
- In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen
- Strong understanding of emerging talent delivery, frameworks, processes & policies with exceptional vendor management skills, with the ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with recruitment suppliers/vendors
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements
- Proven capability in stakeholder management at all levels of the organization
- Extensive matrix-working experience; ability to partner internally & with 3rd parties (Academic/training institutions, community-based organizations, workforce organizations) to enable operational delivery against strategy
- Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and TA/HR compliance
- Knowledge or experience within K-12, Higher education, Adult Education/training programs, transitioning military programs, and/or apprenticeship
- A passion for inclusive talent pipelines prioritizing Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging
