As an Engineering Support at our Jackson, TN plant, you’ll collaborate with multiple teams across the site to lead and develop various projects tied to business needs. This is an ideal role for a student in an engineering or related field. You will use your knowledge and put it to practice in a real manufacturing environment making key decisions and developing changes to improve our manufacturing processes. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to all areas of manufacturing.
This paid opportunity requires a 3-month, full-time commitment starting May 2025.

The pay rate will be $32 an hour, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and Executing – Be part of assigned projects that are tied to real-business needs.
- Organization is Key – Analyze equipment data that is needed to support scope commitments as well as process definition and process scale-up efforts.
- The Bottom Line - Assist in analysis, discovery and execution of production line efficiency and sustainability improvements to increase production rate, reduce waste and reduce our environmental impact.
- Student must be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior status in one of the following bachelor’s programs: Engineering, Supply Chain, Business.
- Minimum of 3.0 GPA (cumulative).
- Anticipated graduation date cannot fall during the course of, or at the completion. We request students plan to return to campus for the semester following the conclusion of the opportunity.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Ability to demonstrate creative yet practical problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of statistics and application to experiments.
