Responsibilities
- Works independently to construct complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance.
- Participate to the BMS (Business Management System) Processes for HyperX.
- Contributes to the definition of the metrics required to measure business performance, compares actual data to forecasted values, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.
- Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decision
- Manages complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and make recommendations.
- Defines the metrics required to measure business performance, compares actual data to forecasted values, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.
- Partners with his Market: track and influence order intake / Sell Thru / Weeks of Stock / Channel Aged Inventory/ Top Deals tracking and get clear detailed view on future demand evolution. Secured key deals/escalations execution with Supply Chain.
- Works with Category Ops team on demand steering guidance & drive execution with each market
- Develops deep understanding and analysis of his Markets to set goals and drive business / strategy recommendation and implementation : Deep understanding and analysis of key market dynamics (shipment evolution, MS evolution by segment, TAM, demand, ST, competition and technology dynamics targets,...) to help set and drive appropriate goals / strategies (quota, alloc, goals,...). In charge to proactively build recommendation and drive related actions to secure order execution.
- Develops Business Plans & analytics for HyperX at Market level. Help Markets to drive proactively the right discussions/choice points to meet yearly goals : Game Plan (quarterly) / Quota (bi-annually) / Budget (annual).
- Business performance reporting & management : drive close to gap activities with each market & building choice points, manage help needed closure on 4P plans, create data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance short-term, including HyperX diverse platforms, products, and incubations, works with cross-functional teams across to maximize HyperX financial performance
- Direct support of Division Workshop/MORs
- University degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Typically 5-10 years of professional experience in Business or Supply Chain with Strong background in product strategy, planning, operations, and/or finance
- Experience in Gaming industry or peripherals is advantageous
- Top-tier consulting experience highly desirable
- Business / customer oriented and game changer. The candidate should be very accountable, autonomous, and consider he is managing his scope by taking the most appropriate decision as if it was his own company
- Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of data analysis and research capabilities, including extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, statistical analysis, and financial modeling
- Very strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
- Strong Product Management including customer insights, concept testing, product profitability forecasting and analysis, and portfolio management
- Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
- Developed leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and management.
- Ability to identify and summarize relevant trends from market and industry data
- Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.
- Knowledge & interest in Gaming market is a plus
