Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education/training, and skill level. You may be eligible for a bonus, stock compensation and commissions in some cases depending on your role and performance.

What You Will Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the sample management team, ensuring proper handling, storage, and distribution of clinical trial samples.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of sample management professionals to ensure high-quality performance and adherence to study protocols.
- Collaborating with clinical and laboratory teams to ensure that sample management processes align with study requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Implementing and optimizing workflows for sample tracking, labeling, storage, and shipment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and other relevant regulations related to sample management.
- Monitoring inventory and coordinating sample shipments to laboratories or other designated facilities while ensuring sample integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, laboratory management, or a related field, with significant experience in sample management within a clinical research setting.
- Proven experience managing sample logistics, including handling, storage, and shipment, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team of sample management professionals.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience in coordinating sample collection and distribution across multiple studies.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of sample integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
