General Purpose
Marketing Associates will coordinate a broad range of marketing projects and provide general marketing support for the line of business (LOB) marketers. Assist with planning, providing strategic and creative input, and executing projects to ensure high-quality deliverables under deadlines. This individual will aid in the development and implementation of campaigns and programs with increasing levels of autonomy and responsibility, provide initial discovery and research to assist with the planning stages as well as be a proficient user of Stout's marketing technology platforms to execute on tactical elements. Includes creation and publication of digital content including website pages, emails, social media, and other digital elements, development of collateral and presentation slides including copy & design, facilitation of internal processes, and various administrative tasks, event support, and business development support as needed. Engages most closely with marketers and specific practice stakeholders involved in identified programs / campaigns.

The range for this role considers several factors including but not limited to prior work and industry experience, education level, and unique skills. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

Major Duties And Responsibilities
Marketing
- Support the execution of marketing plans from concept to deployment (including all tactical elements such as collateral, advertising, website, email, social media, direct mail, video, webinars, etc.) working both independently and with LOB marketers and marketing specialists
- Maintains and updates marketing assets including collateral, presentations, professional CVs client experiences, and website pages
- Manages distribution/print production of marketing materials
- Research industry issues, contact, or company (target) information
- Assist with drafting, updating, and enhancing proposals or presentations in response to RFPs or opportunities
- Establish tracking procedures, monitor results, and evaluate effectiveness to make future recommendations
- Ensure compliance with all firm brand, regulatory, and compliance standards.
- Monitors marketing help request portal for timely responses
- Eagerness to expand knowledge in marketing and communications
- Ability to operate within clearly defined parameters and tasks, while able to effectively prioritize tasks and projects with limited oversight
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and creative skills
- Ability to write clear, articulate prose
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic HTML and website content management Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially PowerPoint
- Proficiency with design software (InDesign, Photoshop)
- Working knowledge of databases, marketing automation, CRM, and sales enablement platforms (HubSpot, Seismic is a plus)
- 1 years of professional marketing or communications experience and a moderate level of knowledge of marketing fundamentals
- Experience in a professional services environment or finance a plus
- BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration or related field; or equivalent level of relevant experience
- Must be eligible to work in the US, without employer sponsorship, at the time of hire and in the future.
