About this Position
The mission of the Co-Brand Cross Partner Marketing team is to engage our Customers with personalized strategies so they believe in the value of Chase and their Co-Branded Card, choosing it first for all spending, borrowing, and banking needs.
As the Vice President of Marketing Strategy you will drive customer engagement by developing strategies informed by insights and data analytics, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the customer, and utilizing new capabilities to deliver more effective and personalized messaging.
The open position sits within the Co-Branded Card organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.
Job responsibilities
- The Co-Brand Cross Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing Customer-centric engagement strategies that reinforce the value of our card products at key, relevant moments.
- The Marketing Manager will build scalable Co-Brand specific communication roadmaps laddering to key strategic priorities with a clear measurement plan. This work requires leaning into new internal capabilities such as accessing real time data for targeting and personalization, testing SalesForce Marketing Cloud Journeys, and exploring channel expansion opportunities. This person may work with external partners (Visa Campaign Solutions and Capgemini) when they can provide incremental capabilities reinforcing value propositions at key moments.
- The individual should possess a strong understanding of the primary factors influencing card profitability and be adept at independently seeking solutions and innovating in unchartered areas.
- In addition to working closely to support the needs of the 11 Co-Brand partner teams, strong partnership with cross lines of business partners is pivotal as the role requires collaboration with Data & Analytics, Finance, Marketing Transformation teams, Execution teams, and Customer Marketing Experience.
