As a Principal Software Product Manager, you'll help drive strategy and execute key roadmap initiatives for our Workforce Experience Platform or WXP. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating intricate insights into actionable strategies, primarily focusing on empowering IT leaders to improve workforce productivity. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to identify opportunities to build and refine WXP functionality. You will define product requirements, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure the successful delivery of features and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Leverage AI-driven insights and market research to design and implement innovative features
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data analytics to build and refine module features.
- Interact with IT Directors and other key users to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure the module's features are effectively addressing those needs.
- Apply agile methodologies to manage the product development lifecycle, adapting quickly to new trends and user feedback.
- Measure the impact of the module, using data to inform continuous improvement.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for product development-from ideation to execution. Define product requirements, prioritize features, and track progress to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of functionality.
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills; ability to work across in-person and virtual team environments.
- Hands-on technical skills with the inquisitiveness to learn products, work with them, and provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Able to work independently yet collaborate cross-functionally in a global and multicultural environment.
- Able to manage multiple work streams effectively and provide timely updates to leadership.
- Comfortable and effective working in new areas that require experimentation and rapid problem solving.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of professional experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- 5 years of product management experience at high growth software companies
- Startup experience a plus
- Strong background in managing a SaaS product roadmap.
- Ability to analyze data and insights to make informed decisions about product development and enhancements.
- Capacity to think strategically about the big picture while also focusing on the tactical details of the module.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Passion for understanding and meeting the needs of users, particularly IT Directors, to enhance their experience and productivity.
- Able to navigate through ambiguity and act decisively to realize team goals.
