This role will focus on accelerating entitlement on priority process improvements including inventory reduction, service quality, self-service and workflow efficiency.

This role is part of the OTS Delivery Central Services (DCS) team, responsible technology strategy, planning, analytics and process management for the global OTS Delivery team. OTS Delivery provides Program Deployment, Field Support, Tools Development and Central Services to the OTS organization.

Key job responsibilities
- Partnering with Field leaders and functional teams to identify, prioritize and drive development and improvement of technical and business processes for OTS Delivery.
- Analyzing existing processes for opportunities to improve the cost, quality and execution of core IT support of the Amazon Stores operations.
- Designing, deploying, iterating and scaling technical workflows.
- Validating impact of process changes.
- Communicating with partners and customers throughout the process development lifecycle.

About The Team

Basic Qualifications
- 7 years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 7 years experience developing and improving technical processes in an operational environment.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with workstation design and/or implementation.
- Experience in Amazon Fulfillment Operations.
- Experience with printer, scanner, cabling and other IT end user equipment.
