The work model for the role is: - Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion System Drives Division in New Berlin, WI area. You will be mainly accountable to:
- Lead the end-to-end localization of new products into manufacturing, ensuring alignment with production capabilities, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Identify and implement necessary modifications to processes to support efficient and scalable localized manufacturing.
- Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure all localized products meet required quality and compliance standards.
- Champion projects by sharing key developments, celebrating wins, and keeping teams excited through clear and engaging internal communications. Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, talented, and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in structured project management methodologies (PMP or Six Sigma Certification Preferred).
- Proven ability in change management and implementation within manufacturing environments.
- Continuous improvement mindset, result orientation and ability to work under pressure.
- Travel required up to 5%.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
