How will you make an impact?
The position works closely with the Stability Project Management group to ensure all samples are received, accurately labeled and stored correctly for all new stability studies.
What will you do?
- Receipt, labeling, storage, time point pulls and destruction of samples in support of Commercial and Pharmaceutical Development Services operations.
- Daily monitoring of the stability calendar and pulling samples from the designated chambers at each test point and ensuring accurate handoff to the correct testing lab.
- Responsible for any stability sample shipments requiring testing at other testing sites.
- Receipt of samples from offsite locations where testing is to be performed by internal labs.
- Investigation support for any excursions that occur in the handling, shipment or receipt of stability samples.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Experience with stability samples or stability program management preferred.
- Experience with shipping or material receipt preferred.
- Candidate must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to work standing up for extended periods of time.
- Ability to use standard computer programs such as MS Excel and Word.
- Basic technical writing skills (e.g. SOPS, training documents, etc.)
