Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will define, deploy and support a Quality Culture within local ABB, by assuring and controlling Quality with systems, tools and teams to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations in the Senatobia, MS Manufacturing Facility. Supports and maintains the Quality Management System of the local unit. The work model for the role is onsite () in our Senatobia, MS facility. You will be mainly accountable for: - Representing the Voice of the Customer within local teams. - Managing the customer quality issues, perform root cause analysis and lead the implementation of the corrective actions to solve the customer quality issues. - Challenges the teams with customer experience feedback and input to decisions. - Enabling and coaching employees to evaluate risks, problems and solutions from a customer/stakeholder point of view.

Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering
- The ideal candidate should have at least a basic knowledge of 2 of the following principles and should be able to elaborate the concepts:
- lean manufacturing, 5S, 8D reports, PPAP.
- Previous experience in customer quality or other quality role preferred.
- Green belt (lean six sigma) certification preferred.
- Master’s degree in business or Engineering fields preferred.
- Previous experience in Electrical product manufacturing units preferred.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
