Job Summary
- Provide leadership across our Record-to-Report (RTR) initiatives, transformation, governance, processes, and investments. The Global RTR Process team spans multiple functional areas tasked to innovate, design, develop, and implement a best-in-class RTR Finance transactional processing environment for our partners and customers.

- Indirect Tax Process Design
- Planning & Management Reporting
- Portfolio Planning & Management
- Test, Deployment & Hypercare
- Localization
- Ensures performance results and actively contributes to strategic planning or the larger function.
- Provides IT strategy, vision and direction regarding issues that may have HP-wide impact.
- Provides direction, consulting and critical thinking on overall priorities as they relate to the Financial & IT needs of the business.
- Key player in partnering with business leaders to understand requirements, needs and challenges from a Finance & system standpoint and proposing, driving and implementing solutions.
- Partner to several significant business areas.
- Full management responsibility of a sizeable or complex team or function within IT management.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence with Financial applications.
- Typically has 15 years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in IT/Finance supervisory, or a related field.
