Quadient has an immediate opening at its Byhalia Distribution Center for a Shipping Supervisor PM. This position is responsible for overseeing, developing, and coaching our Shipping Department team within the Byhalia Distribution Center utilizing our SAP ERP system and Microsoft Excel to monitor employee production and order accuracy. The successful candidate will make recommendations and implement improvements to processes, methods, and controls in the department. This position is second shift, typically working from 11am - 8pm CST Monday - Friday.

Quadient Byhalia Distribution Center is located just south of Collierville, TN.

Your role in our future

• Supervise, schedule, train, coach, and discipline 5-10 direct reports
• Ensure efficiency within department by producing productivity reports to monitor department KPIs
• Crosstrain and provide backup supervisory support to other warehouse departments
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, i.e., USPS, OSHA
• Maintain quality instructions in our document control system
• Establish and improve upon workflows to ensure capacity exceeds demand
• Maintain effective vendor relationships and negotiations
• Complete other duties as assigned
  
  

Your profile

• HS diploma/GED required
• 5 years minimum experience warehouse/distribution operations preferred
• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Must be able to manage multiple projects
• Must be detail and customer oriented
• Must have good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and safe work environment

This Position Has a Salary Range Of

$69,600.00 - $104,400.00
