The Sr. HR Reporting Analyst is an experienced professional, fully qualified to design, develop, and deliver high-quality HR reporting and data analysis solutions. This role serves as a key point of contact for HR data needs, providing expert-level support in Workday reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Workday, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to senior HR stakeholders. The position requires the ability to work with little instruction and general guidance on new assignments, demonstrating strong independent problem-solving skills. This position is to be physically present and work on-site at the company's headquarters.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Workday reports and analytics products.
- Provide data analysis services to senior HR stakeholders, delivering actionable insights through well-structured analytical reports.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing reports and dashboards to improve performance, usability, and data accuracy.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Partner with IT and HRIS teams to ensure data integrity across systems and support Workday system upgrades and enhancements.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Workday Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Workday data structures, business processes, and security framework.
- Reporting Skills: Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer, Composite Reports, Trending Reports, Calculated Fields, Dashboards and Discovery Board. Workday Pro Certification is a plus.
- Workday Prism: Practical experience with Workday Prism Analytics; Workday Pro Certification is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.
- Communication: Excellent business communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in HR reporting and analytics, preferably within a Workday environment.
