The Human Resource Manager is responsible for partnering, leading and supporting the Indianapolis Manufacturing Plant leadership team to provide effective data driven solutions while delivering positive employee relations.
This position reports to the Sr. HR Manager, N.A. Operations, Supply Chain and is part of the Global Human Resources Team and the position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana and will be an on-site role.

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for partnering, leading and supporting the Indianapolis Manufacturing Plant leadership team to provide effective data driven solutions while delivering positive employee relations.
This position reports to the Sr. HR Manager, N.A. Operations, Supply Chain and is part of the Global Human Resources Team and the position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana and will be an on-site role.
Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Establish, build and maintain trusted advisory relationships to drive collaboration and effective decision making
- Partner and provide high quality HR expertise, coaching and support to leaders on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Retention, Performance Management, Policy, Compensation, Employee Relations, and Engagement using internal and external best practices
- In-depth knowledge and experience leading and supporting annual HR processes on Performance Management, Compensation, Talent Management and partners with subject matter experts to deliver high quality outcomes with minimal guidance
- Works within broad guidelines, is able to explain difficult or sensitive information, works to build consensus to build consensus, coaches managers on issues including application of HR policies and processes, organizational design, job descriptions, employee relations, investigations, legal matters and other employee related issues
- Use HR Technology and Analytics to create, pull, analyze, interpret, and utilize data to drive decision-making and communicate data objectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, Finance, Communications, Biology or related field with 5 years of experience
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, Finance, Communications, Biology or related field with 4 years of experience
- Some people management experience preferred
- HR experience supporting manufacturing/production and/or distribution center required
- Ability to travel - 15% travel, overnight to business meetings
- HR site leadership
