Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
- Oversee end-to-end program management for cross-functional marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and alignment with strategic business goals.
- Drive the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and operational projects, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.
- Create and manage project timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure accountability and transparency across teams.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate marketing workflows, driving continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain standardized processes and best practices for campaign execution, lead management, and data governance.
- Document operational procedures and provide ongoing training and support to marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, align priorities, and ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Champion collaboration and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10 years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units and with global projects, or a related field.
