Every day customers seek out products that require just a little extra help to install, assemble, or otherwise situate in their homes and businesses. Our team builds industry-leading service experiences to provide customers with end-to-end support through the process. We are looking for a talented, driven, and highly analytical Sr. Product Manger - Tech to own and build the next generation of these services.
This Sr. Product Manager - Tech will work cross-functionally to vet, design and implement services that meet specific customer needs across a range of product types such as furniture, appliances, exercise equipment, home entertainment and more. In this role, you will own the CX, financial outcome planning, service provider strategy, technical implementation and long-term success of services.
Strong candidates will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to see the full strategy, with a deep understanding of the underlying technical requirements and tradeoffs. They should be able to uncover data-driven opportunities, implement long term, automated solutions, and communicate effectively with high-level leadership, as well as operational and technical partners. The successful candidate must be highly organized, self-starting and possess strong data extraction and analytical capabilities. They must have proven successes in creating growth strategies and must be bold but thoughtful in their pursuit of results and thrive in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. - Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience conducting deep analysis in big data systems using SQL
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience designing and managing complex operational systems
