Volume Office Business Performance & Competitive Insights Manager
Description -
The Volume Office Business Performance & Competitive Insights Manager is responsible for:
- Assessing in-market performance vs our competitors, performing competitive product evaluations and SWOT analysis, and contributing to strategic competitive response action plans to optimize the business.
- Supporting the overall print business with competitive hardware insights and associated deliverables, reporting, competitive claims and management including competitive product procurement and operational management of the competitive lab and competitive product testing and analysis.
- Manage the Volume Office Business Performance & Competitive Insights Team and all related deliverables and activities.
- Assess in-market performance and track business results and implications.
- Deliver business insights and SWOT analysis with special attention to competitive benchmarking, in-market share and performance, and competitive opportunities leading to share growth and optimized business performance.
- Support the overall print business with competitive hardware insights and associated deliverables, reporting, competitive claims and management and sales tool support.
- Manage the Competitive Lab including product procurement, physical setup, product testing and evaluation and ensuring access to key partners and briefings.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- 10 years of job-related varied experience including current business management, product management, business planning, finance and marketing/ sales.
- 5 years of people management experience
