The Senior Software Engineer - Content Solution is responsible for designing and developing content software solutions for certification programs. This role involves conducting meetings with key stakeholders to identify and analyze the needs of certification programs, and designing, developing, and testing software solutions to meet those needs. The Senior Software Engineer - Content Solution participates in analyzing, designing, developing, testing, releasing, localizing, and maintaining each product. This position reports to the Director of Exam Product Development.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Certification Content Solution Design and Development :
- Identify and analyze the content requirements of developing certification exams and training products.
- Design, develop, and test software programs and cloud-based solutions to deliver exam content.
- Integrate and streamline content localization processes for global program reach.
- Implement automated content analysis and assessments using LLM and other AI models.
- Collaborate with content engineers and developers to deliver seamless software solutions.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues within internal and external exam content management and publishing systems.
