What this job involves - The Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting accounting activities and financial reporting dedicated to a major technology client. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. The Accounting Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial transactions, timely reporting, and operational efficiency to support the account's objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Support accounting activities and financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular reconciliations and analysis.
• Assist in the month-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation and review.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Aid in monitoring and analyzing financial performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Assist in managing the financial aspects of contracts, client billing, and vendor agreements.
• Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Contribute to the coordination and completion of internal and external audits.
• Provide support to the accounting team and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Stay informed of accounting regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Verify accuracy and integrity of financial data, ensuring appropriate documentation and controls are in place.
