Job Summary

The Supervisor, Corporate Concierge plays a pivotal role in managing a team that delivers reception, service experiences and mailroom responsibilities. The Community Ambassador creates bonds and relationship between JLL, our client and their guests. As the first point of contact at Reception they are responsible for welcoming employees with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services. CA's maintain smooth operations by providing administrative support and execution of duties to the highest standards.

JLL is currently reshaping our workplace property service delivery, so this role plays a key part in supporting the operational team on the account to deliver services that provide leading edge facilities and workplace services that align to JLL's "The Future of Work" methodology.

Responsibilities

Manage a team on site and team members virtually delivering reception, experience and mail responsibilities

Create a comfortable, welcoming, and professional experience for employees and their guests.

Respond to clients' enquiries for special arrangements or services including but not limited to visitor management, room bookings and event support.

Handle internal and external calls and correspondence.

Support the delivery of programs that drive employee engagement, sense of belonging, excitement and community at work that contribute to employee productivity and pride.

Build and strengthen relationships with staff and clients, exhibiting our premium service.

Provide personable and efficient visitor registration services.

Assist and educate client to achieve optimization and efficiency for meeting room bookings.

Requirements

2 years' experience in Hospitality, Tourism or related professional area

Prior experience in managing meeting room services is advantageous

Warm and welcoming nature with a passion for creating lasting impressions

Highly confident communicator and strong interpersonal skills

Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high quality service

Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite, TEAMS

The hourly range for this role is $24-$37, dependent upon the candidate's experience
