Duties
- Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications.
- Utilize project management software such as Prolog and Bluebeam for effective documentation and communication.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage project scheduling to ensure timely completion of tasks while addressing any delays or issues that arise.
- Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation on-site.
- Prepare reports on project status, including updates on timelines, costs, and resource allocation.
- Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork among all stakeholders involved in the project.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field is required.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in construction software tools such as Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other relevant applications.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in project coordination and scheduling.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction documentation.
